Adventure

A local dive instructor enjoying the sunset at Rhum hour. Note the unusual 6-legged star fish. Bahamas, Bimini.
Sand, sun, sisters - all is good.
Bahamas, Bimini, flats. Hunting for conch.
Much of the Bahamas has been commercially overfished, making finding food (e.g., conch) for natives like my friend Syril, a challenge.
It is a pleasure to share the pure exhilaration that children show over the simplest of pleasures - in this case, a child’s first Idaho trout.
Steve Byker stalking big browns on Silver Creek, Idaho. He will fish well into the dark of night.
This woman is targeting whitefish, a native fish that the hipster fly fishermen find annoying. They taste wonderful when smoked.
MT, Gallatin River. M.W. landed brown trout.
I caught this sinister looking brown trout on the Gallatin River.
ID., Federal Gulch. Finishing the loop from Greenhorn Gulch.
Brook was a strong and graceful biker, and fun to shoot on this beautiful Idaho autumn day. The Canon’s high-sped motor drive helped capture this precise moment.
PA, Chesterville. Short cut thru the woods.
I have always enjoyed wandering off trail. Evidently, so did this Pennsylvanian runner.
WY, Yellowstone N.P. Somewhere on The Firehole.
Morning fog and geyser steam make Yellowstone N.P.’s Firehole River a magical location for a sunrise. This lucky fella had the river to himself.
ID., Hailey, Carbonate Ridge. No stopping for a little snow.
Pending crash aside, this was a beautiful day to be up on Carbonate Ridge. No stopping for a little snow.
